Loominous Rugs (“Loominous,” “we,” “us”) provides this website to share information about our collections, vintage and closeout pieces, custom work, and showroom services. Additional terms for a specific purchase, commission, cleaning job, or other service are confirmed when you work with our team — this site does not complete paid checkout online.

The online cart helps you gather pieces of interest and request a personal quote. It is not an online payment checkout. Submitting a contact or quote request is an inquiry, not a completed purchase. Price, tax, shipping or delivery, payment method, and timing are confirmed by Loominous before a sale is finalized — in the showroom, by phone/email, or otherwise as we arrange with you.
Many rugs are one-of-a-kind or limited. A listing may be withdrawn if a piece sells in the showroom or elsewhere. Dimensions and condition notes are provided in good faith; final details are confirmed before purchase. Custom rugs are made to agreed specifications and are subject to deposits, timelines, and terms we confirm for that project.
Our custom workshop tools let you explore designs and share a project link. Share links are intended for people you choose to send them to. Do not use the tools to upload unlawful content or to attempt to access other users’ private data. Project emails collected for quotes are for showroom follow-up and are not displayed on public share pages.
Cleaning, repair, appraisal, in-home trials, installation, and custom design are professional services. Estimates, timelines, and care recommendations depend on the specific rug and scope of work. We will communicate material changes before proceeding whenever practical.
Site content—including text, photography, logos, and design—is owned by Loominous or our licensors and protected by applicable law. You may browse and share links for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
The website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement regarding the site and its content. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under Rhode Island or federal law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loominous and its owners, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for claims relating to the website itself is limited to fifty U.S. dollars. Warranties or remedies for a specific rug or service purchase, if any, are stated separately when that transaction is confirmed.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Rhode Island have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or use of the website, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
