• Contact and inquiry details you submit on our contact form: name, email, phone (optional), interest type, message, and any rug or project context included in the request
• Customer feedback you submit after a service: rating, service type, comments, and any optional name, email, city, or permission to follow up
• Custom workshop design projects you create (design choices, dimensions, materials) stored so you can edit and share a project link
• If you request a quote from a workshop project, your email may be stored with that project so our team can follow up
• Cart contents saved in your browser (local storage) until you clear them — carts are not stored on our servers
• Cookie preference choice stored in your browser
• If you accept analytics & tracking: usage and interaction data such as pages viewed, device/browser type, referral/campaign source, scroll and click behavior, session replays/heatmaps, and conversion events (we do not send your name, email, phone, or message content in those analytics event payloads)
• Standard hosting and security logs from our website host (for example IP address and request metadata) needed to operate and protect the site

What we do not collect online

• Payment card numbers — we do not process online payments on this website
• Shipping addresses through a checkout flow — purchases and delivery are arranged with our team

Workshop share links

Workshop projects can be shared with a private link. Share pages show the design itself so others can view it. We do not expose your email address on public share links. Your email, when provided for a quote, is available to our staff for follow-up.

How long we keep information

Inquiry and feedback emails are retained in our business email systems as needed to respond, improve service, and keep customer records. Workshop projects remain until removed in the ordinary course of operating the studio tools or upon a valid deletion request. Analytics data is retained according to each provider’s settings and our business needs. Browser cart and consent choices stay on your device until you clear them or change preferences.
