Loominous Rugs wants you to be confident in your purchase. Because many rugs are unique, vintage, or made to order, return eligibility depends on how and what you buy.

Online purchases (eligible rugs)
For qualifying rugs purchased through our website and shipped to you, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the rug is unused, in original condition, and free of odors, pet hair, stains, or damage. Rugs must be properly rolled (not folded) for return shipment.

Include your order details and reason for return
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless we made an error (wrong item, damage in transit we confirm, or a listing mistake)
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we inspect the returned rug; original outbound shipping may be non-refundable
Final sale and non-returnable items
Online closeouts and clearly marked final-sale pieces
Custom and made-to-order rugs once production has begun
Rugs that have been padded, installed, cut, altered, or professionally cleaned after delivery
Items damaged by misuse, improper storage, or pets
Rugs purchased in our Providence showroom are generally final sale unless we agree otherwise in writing at the time of purchase. We often arrange in-home trials for suitable pieces—ask us before you buy if you would like to try a rug at home.
Damaged or incorrect shipments
Please inspect your rug on arrival. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the rug and packaging. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Exchanges
When stock allows, we are happy to discuss exchanges toward another piece of equal or greater value. Price differences and shipping may apply. One-of-a-kind vintage and antique rugs cannot always be exchanged for an identical piece.
