Loominous Return Policy

 We would love for everyone to enjoy their purchase. However, if you are not satisfied, we offer refunds with free shipping within 14 days of receipt (minus a $50 re-stocking fee).  For items to be eligible for return they must comply with the following:

-Items must be in original condition without any damage, stains, pet dander or fur. 

-Please return in either original or similar packaging (rolled in the case of rugs) to prevent damage during transportation.

-All returns will be inspected and approved before a refund is issued. If an item is no longer sellable, a refund will not be issued.
